Antenatal hydrotherapy classes start from 12 weeks and can provide you with a safe and effective opportunity to exercise during pregnancy.
Antenatal hydrotherapy is designed to help you maintain mobility, control circulation and swelling, decrease pregnancy related pain, and maintain a healthy weight and posture. Our sessions also include relaxation, education, and a great chance to meet others at the same stage as yourself.
Exercising has been proven to improve mood and mental state, as well as allowing a quicker postnatal recovery.
Our sessions last for 45 minutes and involve a warm-up, stretches, aerobic exercises, general strengthening, pelvic floor training, and relaxation.
